Position Reports to Partner

Job Responsibilities:

• Drafting petitions
• Assisting the Senior Counsel
• Conducting research and analysis of cases
• Representing before the Authorities

Experience:

Candidate should have post qualification experience of 3 to 5 years in Direct Tax and Litigation.

Educational Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant
