Ruchira Chaudhary is a Senior Executive Director with the Firm and focused on US-India cross-border businesses. She is a Corporate and Tax lawyer and has specialized professional experience of over 28 years. She specializes in International Taxation, Contract drafting, and negotiations, devising and developing business strategies, and Alternate Dispute Resolution.

Her previous roles include leading tax practice verticals in industry-leading organizations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Vaish Associates Advocates and Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys. She is a prolific public speaker and has been a panelist at various conferences, seminars, and webinars on Tax, Contracts, and Alternate Dispute Resolution. She has also authored several articles on different subjects.

Ruchira is a USA-qualified Arbitrator and is on the panel of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) USA as a Public Arbitrator. She has done her Bachelor’s in Law from Delhi University and English Literature from Lady Shriram College for Women, New Delhi.
