Mr. Krishna Kishore is a senior member of the Corporate Law practice at the Mumbai office of the Firm and has been associated with the Firm since 2006.

He specialises in advising corporate clients on acquisitions and dispositions of business and business assets, joint ventures, matters relating to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, technology transfer, inbound foreign investments, special economic zones, retail property and facilities management for malls and general corporate and commercial counselling and advisory.

He also advises overseas companies in setting up business operations in India, and assists them in setting up subsidiaries / limited liability partnership/ branches / liaison office, post-acquisition integration, real estate acquisition by way of buyout, lease or leave and license, obtaining various statutory registrations and conducting corporate compliance and legal audits. Further, he also handles white collar crime & investigations, civil and commercial litigation.

He has significant experience of advising clients on disputes and offences related to Companies Act, foreign exchange regulations and has represented clients in court proceedings ranging from the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate to Sessions Court, Directorate of Enforcement and High Court.
