Ms. Priyanka Jain is an Associate Partner in the Tax group at Mumbai. She is a lawyer and also a qualified Chartered Accountant. She is involved in handling varied advisory assignments related to various tax issues including domestic taxation, international tax planning and consultation, transfer pricing and tax due diligence analysis.

She regularly represents income tax matters before various income tax authorities, the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and the High Court and has successfully argued several domestic and international tax matters. She also counsels clients on the tax aspects of varied corporate re-organizations. She is regular speaker at various tax events.
