Mr. Alok Sharma is an Associate Partner at the Corporate Law practice at the Mumbai office and has been associated with the Firm since 2011. He is a lawyer and an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has over 12 years of experience and specializes in general corporate advisory, corporate governance, corporate restructuring, inbound foreign investments, regulatory compliances and transaction support advisory.

His business law experience includes advising corporate clients on setting-up, maintenance and winding up of companies/ LLPs/ Branch offices / liaison offices, drafting commercial agreements, undertaking corporate due diligence, obtaining various statutory registrations and advising clients on Companies Act, foreign exchange control regulations, SEBI regulations, etc.

He has advised several domestic and international clients on domestic and cross border acquisitions, business transfers, joint ventures, buy-backs, ESOPs, etc.
