Notification for Online uploading of Annual Return under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act
The Ministry of Home Affairs has, vide a public notice dated May 12, 2017, given one final opportunity to all associations/ organisations to upload their Annual Returns required to be filed under the Foreign Contribution (Regulations) Act, 2010 with respect to financial year 2010-11 to financial year 2014-15, during a window of 30 (thirty) days starting from May 15, 2017 to June 14, 2017. During the said period, no compounding fee will be imposed for the said late filing.
However, the said relaxation is not available for uploading the Annual Return for FY 2015-16 onwards.
