New FEMA (TISPRO) 2017, by RBI
RBI, in supersession of earlier FEMA (Transfer or Issue of Security by a Person Resident Outside India) Regulations, 2000, has issued new FEMA (Transfer or Issue of Security by a Person Resident Outside India) Regulations, 2017. Copy of the same is attached herewith for ease of reference.
