The Hon’ble Delhi High Court has recently passed final order and judgment dated 15.10.2018 rejecting the plaint and dismissing the civil suit bearing CS(OS) No 2476/2015 titled “Asian Hotels (West) Ltd. & Ors. v. Jindal Photo Investment Ltd. & Ors.” with actual costs on the basis of an application for rejection of plaint filed by Vaish Associates Advocates on behalf of some of the defendants. The said judgment contains vital observations on various issues including illusory cause of action and benefit of Section 14 of Limitation Act.
