Mr. Aditya Vohra is a part of the Income Tax team at Vaish and his primary focus area is Dispute Resolution and Advisory, with special thrust on corporate tax and international tax.

During his tenure at Vaish, he has worked on several high-profile cases and regularly appears before the statutory authorities, Benches of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, High Court(s) and the Supreme Court. On the advisory front, he has worked on numerous issues, such as, interplay of provisions of the Income-tax Act, 1961 and Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements, liability to withhold tax at source, taxation of Trusts, etc. He also has several publications in his name.

Mr. Vohra qualified as a lawyer from Gujarat National Law University in 2012 and has been with the Firm since 2014.
