Mr. Deepesh Jain qualified his Chartered Accountancy with All India Rank 9 in Finals and Rank 32 in IPCC. He is a senior member of the Vaish Tax group and has experience of more than 10 years in the field of direct taxation.

His practice covers various aspects/ areas of direct tax laws. He has been involved in complex tax litigations before Courts/ Tribunal across India resulting in landmark decisions. He regularly argues/ assists Senior Counsel in tax matters before Courts, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and other appellate/ quasi-judicial authorities.

He is actively involved in restructuring assignments including mergers and acquisition, due diligence and complex direct tax advisory. He also regularly assists clients in filing of t ax returns, scrutiny assessments, registrations, liaisoning with department officials, etc.

He also deals in matters relating of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

He is proactive in writing/ circulating tax-alerts/ updates on recent issues relating to direct tax. He has addressed seminars and conferences on various issues relating to direct taxation.
