Mr. Kaustubh Prakash is a principal associate in the corporate litigation practice of the firm. He is an Advocate-on-Record before the Supreme Court of India and enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi as an Advocate since 2016.

A significant part of his practice involves advising and representing Indian companies, Insolvency Professionals and banks in corporate insolvency resolution processes. He represents clients in their pre and post insolvency litigation before the Supreme Court of India, National Company Law Tribunals and Appellate Tribunals.

He has represented Indian companies, foreign companies and high net worth individuals in their International Commercial Arbitrations before the ad-hoc arbitral tribunals seated in India, Singapore International Arbitration Centre and courts in India including the Supreme Court of India and High Courts.

He has briefed and assisted many Senior Advocates and Counsels in matters of national importance and has a few reported judgments to his credit. 

Prior to joining the firm, he read in the Chambers of Mr. Amit Sibal, Senior Advocate.
