Mr. Melvyn Fernandes is lawyer by profession. He heads the litigation practice of the Corporate Law at Mumbai office and has been associated with the Firm since 2014. He has extensive experience in handling both domestic and cross-border disputes including disputes in the field of intellectual property, corporate law, commercial disputes, civil litigation matters, insolvency related litigation, domestic and international arbitrations and regulatory disputes.

He has appeared before various tribunals including the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Debt Recovery Tribunal, Consumer Forums, Food and Drug Authority and High Courts in India. He advises clients across a range of industry sectors.
