Ruchira Chaudhary is a Senior Executive Director with the Firm and focused on U.S.-India cross-border businesses. She is a Corporate and Tax lawyer and has specialized professional experience of over 27 years. She specializes in International Taxation, Contract drafting and negotiations, devising and developing business strategies, and Arbitration and Mediation.

Her previous roles include leading tax practice verticals in industry-leading organizations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Vaish Associates Advocates and Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys. She is a prolific public speaker and has been a panelist at various conferences, seminars, and webinars on Tax, Contracts, Arbitration and Mediation. She has also authored several articles on different subjects.

Ruchira is a U.S.A. qualified Arbitrator and is on the panel of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) U.S.A. She is the Secretary and a Board Member of the North Bay Indo-American Association (NBIAA). She has done her Bachelor in Law from Delhi University and English Literature from Lady Shriram College for Women, New Delhi.
