Mr. Saksham Singhal is a Principal Associate at the Delhi office of Vaish Associates. He is a qualified lawyer and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has extensive experience in tax and regulatory practice areas such as direct tax, indirect tax, economic laws, black money, FEMA, Trusts, Private Equity, etc.

During his career, he has advised various national/ international business houses, MNCs, conglomerates, and HNIs, and represented them before various Courts, Tribunals and Statutory Authorities in India.
