Mr. Vishal Kumar is an Advocate having over 15 years of experience in Indirect Tax and vast experience in Service Tax, VAT and GST laws.

He is involved in litigation, advisory, transaction re-structuring, legal review, due diligence and compliance assignments for clients from diverse industries such as real estate, hospitality, media & broadcasting, automobile, logistics, IT & ITES, security, and other service sectors.

He regularly appears before High Courts, Customs Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) and quasi-judicial authorities and has successfully represented wide array of clients ranging from domestic and multinational conglomerates to publicly held corporations.

Mr. Vishal is an alumnus of Symbiosis Society’s Law College, Pune and is associated with the firm since 2007.
