Designation: Associate – Direct Tax

Position Reports to: Principal Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling income tax litigation across forums
• Drafting of submissions before assessing officer and appellate authorities such as CIT(A), ITAT.
• Drafting of petitions before the High Court.
• Assisting the Senior Counsel in hearings.
• Conducting research and analysis of cases, drafting of legal opinion.
• Representing before the Authorities.

Experience:

Candidate should have post qualification experience of atleast 1-2 years in Direct Tax Litigation and Advisory.

Educational Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant / Law Degree from a reputed Institute
