Designation: Senior Associate – Direct Tax

Position Reports to Partner

Job Responsibilities:

• Drafting petitions
• Assisting the Senior Counsel
• Conducting research and analysis of cases
• Representing before the Authorities – appearing before the AO and Commissioner
• Advising clients and writing opinions
• Supervising Associates and Interns working with them

Experience:

Candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in Direct Tax and Litigation. Those having working experience in a good Law Firm or a Consulting Firm will be preferred

Educational Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant and Law Graduate
